Nice looking boots. They look a lot like a pair of Bilt boots I was pondering at Cycle Gear. I like the amount of airflow they appear to let in.

Well they weren't mine...a buddy who just had foot surgery ordered some really nice($450) Alpinestars and let me take them to the rally to "break them in".  I enjoyed them, the ventilation was great, but the colors were...umm...conspicuous.

Now if I can find some pants but no luck so far, sad being short...

The boots I use are Magnum Panther 8.0. Have a side zipper (a must).  Great grip when putting your foot down at stops.  Cost $69 at Rack Room.  Current pair is 2 years old.  Very happy with them.
