Actually, it's making some minor "knocking" noise when its warmed up a little.  Minor, but concerning.

Maybe valves, hopefully nothing "worse" (chain tensioner broken, shift fork, etc.)

I can def. hear a ringing sound coming from your engine.
To me it sounds like the chain is dragging, but I have no experience with this engine what so over, so I can't give you the answer.

Nice exhaust note though! Must be loud...

Sounds good, may need to be repacked.. But I like it..  Idono, I'd just ride it till she gets real bad.

Any Nighthawk Magicians have an idea what might be causing the noise you're hearing from this engine?


Please forgive the audio quality.  Fully understand if its not possible to determine.  At this point, just looking for friendly, general opinion based on experience.
