Picked these up also.. The first year in the states 86 Ninja 250, has 2300 miles on the clock...I had to have it, looks new.  And then I saw this one...any gueses?  |

Yeah that shock travels the distance of the frame, that one is a piece of hstory. Not sure what I am going to do with the R yet, I think a photo along side of the RWB NH is in store.. |

T/B is right - that Interceptor looks like it's going 100 mph standing in the driveway!!
It also looks like a physically large bike. Prolly not quite as flickable as Jenn's bike.
But oh baby - I'd like to hear those gear driven cams on that pipe. (he - give us a little video of that)
I think Yami was starting to experiment with the mono-shock in the mid-70s. Like many things, racing paved the way for the public rides. I believe the YZ dirt bikes started with the mono-shock in 1978 - I had a '79 YZ250. Boy was that bike a beast!
