Sorry if this has already been covered...

I'm looking to start doing some light touring/camping trips on my '82 NH CB650SC.. Anyone have any saddlebags or hard luggage mounted to their NH's?

I'm looking for a rack right now.. but thinking maybe these Ortlieb saddlebags: http://www.aerostich.com/ortlieb-dry-bag-saddlebags.html
might do the trick without needing a rack.

Anyways, I'm open to suggestions. Anyone have any luggage mounted to their bikes? What is easily available? Uncomplicated mounting?
Keep in my mind I'm trying to keep the back of the seat open to ride with my lady friend.

Thanks for any help. I'll try to get some pics of my 'hawk up soon.

I had a Hondaline rack on my 82 650 (actually for sale right now on ebay deal)

It was great, had a trunk and mounting points for saddle bags. I don't know of any aftermarket solutions other than custom fabricating something, or using soft bags.

I use Cortech Sport Bags.  I really like them, they go on quick, have rainproof covers and are expandable.

www.motorcyclegear.com usually has some good deals.  I found my bags on ebay for $40
