Not much of a report, not really any great pics (I was too busy riding), but it was my first "proper" ride with Stella Blue.  By proper I mean a ride for the joy of riding and not commuting.  Don't get me wrong, I enjoy riding Stella when I commute, but I needed to take her out and treat her properly.  I've had her about a year, and wanted to get her confidently road worthy for a longer trip.  By longer I mean other than the 30 minute commute I often do.  I've also been super busy with other things (e.g., grad school, wedding planning).  With traffic on a picture perfect Sunday afternoon, it was a little over 1 1/2 hours each way, usually just over an hour I think.  Some nice roads along Highway 1 in Marin County through Stinson, near Mt. Tamalpais, and eventually out to Bolinas.

I took a few pics on the way back, but the sun was setting, and the lighting was all wrong.  But here's what I got.  These are also the first pics of Stella I'm putting up here (other than her innerds).

I look forward to having some more time to do some more rides soon, and taking better pics.  SOQS is at a workshop Fri, Sat and Sun all day.  Seems like a good opportunity to get away for the day...

If I knew how to embed the google map I would, but for now, here's the link to my route

Very cool Baileyman, I really like that first photo.  Sometimes it is just better to ride that to stop for photos.  Glad you enjoyed the ride.

It's not the destination that is important....its the journey. I like the.pics you posted.
