Well I had the weekend off of work and I wanted to take a nice ride. I just got a new phone and thought, "It has a camera…. so I guess the only logical thing would be to do a photo report." Weather was good and never topped 90*. So I decided to take a ride and take some photos along the way.  ricky

Starting the trip with a nice full tank of gas.

Along the way, I finally reached 15,000mi.  wings I had to pull over to take a picture.

Have to say, couldn't have happened at a better spot in my opinion. This is Trentsferry road. I just started riding on it a few weeks ago. Never new how good it was.

Ok now it's time to head onto 501. This road is my main road to get my corner fix in.

This road has a ton of corners that are really nice. But I couldn't take any pictures because I didn't have a mount for the phone on the bike.

So after the corners, you get a couple straights with a gorgeous view of the James River.

I kinda got carried away with taking some pictures.

So after a bit of that, I hooked up on the parkway and took a few shots of the stream  on the side.

Gotta have a drink to cool down. Love these. The first drink that got me to try coffee. Loved it so much, that I now work for Starbucks. haha.

About ten miles or so into the Parkway, I was greeted with a splendid view of Buena Vista.

So I turned off the Parkway, and headed down U.S. 60 towards Buffalo Springs. When I finally arrived, I found these.

And that pretty much sums it up. I wish I had a mount for my phone so I could take some more pictures. Plus I would love to have taken some video to show the corners more. Gotta get me that GoPro…. All in all a good ride.

Here is the google maps of my route.

Fishball - you and I "fish" in the same hole.   giggle  On the bike, you can't go wrong picking any road that follows a waterway.  Nice R/R - thanks for sharing.
