Hey folks, I just recently acquired a 1982 Nighthawk 750 that seems to be in really great shape.  I've just dumped it in the garage until the holiday craziness is over but the previous owner tells me that the starter would spin fine but not turn over the engine.  From the research I did it sounds like the starter clutch is probably the culprit.

Here's the "Bart's an idiot" part of the story...I also found in my research a text description of exactly how to access and rebuild the starter clutch with the engine still in the frame...but then didn't print it out or bookmark the site.  I guess I assumed I could find it again when the time came, but that hasn't turned out to be the case.  Can anyone point me to instructions for rebuilding the starter clutch?

Thanks!
Bart
