Is there still BLM and national forest dispersed camping in PA and New England in general?
Just wondering about whether I should go to East or not...

Sorry BB, I don't know the answer. We are just getting started with the whole camping thing, I'm a camping noob for sure.

I don't know the answer. We are just getting started with the whole camping thing, I'm a camping noob for sure. Nevermind. Some of us are cheap and like better camps when it comes to camping. In case you don't know and like to be away from crowds: National Forests/BLM land are free camping though you have to be self contained. It beats the stuffing out of places like the grand canyon where it's a year reservation and $50/night to be parked 20 feet from your noisy neighbor. I've been camping for over 200 days since December and have yet to pay a penny for it.

Sounds like a great ride HH. The weather looks perfect for a day long cruise in those photos.

Fun, fun , fun! Thanks for the ride. Your pix reminded me of my trip in the spring through NJ to Milford, Pa. - lots of, "Hey, that's a nice looking road, let's take it!"
