I wouldn't be worried about that kind of mileage.  Actually it looks more like it has been nicely used.  That's only 4167 miles per year.  Enough to keep stuff from gumming up, but not a ridiculous amount.  Heck, I saw a 1999 VFR near Minneapolis for $2200 with 60,000 miles.  I'd have snatched that up if I had the money and it showed to be in decent shape

I thought yellow VFR is only for 2000 model. 46K fot VFR is nothing. My fellow VFR rider has '98 model with 120K miles. It is still running strong.  This yellow VFR is a good deal: muffler, heated grip, GIVI touring set themselves can be worth $1000.
