My 1990 Sportster.  I recently sold it because the forward controls and short-shocks were breaking my back.  I am posting this pic in the Stablemates Forum just mostly to see who it annoys.  Thanks.

I understand that. I put about 150 miles on a cruiser this summer. I was NOT amused. Next time I'll just have someone hit me in the lower back with a 2x4 and get it overwith.

Zero head clearance on a V-twin. Yep. Annoyed from the memories of remounting an engine.

Overall it looks much nicer and more appealing than the suzuki volustra I worked on. It doesn't do that wannabe HD image thing.

I love the pennytech tail light. A 49 cent flashlight.  thumb

Consider me not annoyed, I really like the look of that Sportster!
Then again, I like Sportsters; and your custom work on that is very well done. Not huge on forward controls though.

I like both bikes. I got rid of my Sporty for the same reason as you. I loved the bike but hated riding it.

I couldn't put 75 miles on it at a time without needing something for pain. Now I know why I used to drink.  giggle

I really like the bear trap pegs you had on it.   thumb  I always wanted to do that to mine but, traded it in before I got the chance.
