So, a ban on technical discussion. Well, i'l be durned. From what I see ,  thats the primary reason we ( I) come here. That and to help others new to the bike on how to make an enjoyable, safe ride. The bikes are completely technical,  any discussion on them HAS to involve that. I have not seen anything but solid advice from folks posting here, i have learned alot. Nice pics of bikes are always great  but its the  general " guys talking about the bikes" that has kept me coming here.  From now on, I will update you all with pictures of  my puppy riding in a basket on the back of my Nighthawk wearing sunglasses.

Huh? I didn't see a ban on technical discussions. Where did you find that?   scratcher

 umph
A major percentage of this board is specifically dedicated to technical discussions. That's one of the main reasons Hondo set the board up and the related 14+ subforums in the first place.

If you do post technical stuff in non technical subforums, they get moved to the proper subforum. Moving threads is time consuming and annoying to the administrators. Fuel goes into fuel. Electrical goes into electrical. Exhaust does not go into "drive train and suspension" nor does it go into "your photo ride reports," it should go into "fuel, cooling and exhaust systems." Maybe that's what you're thinking about.

New members should familiarize themselves with the site before making hasty judgments.
