Where to buy a couple of items?

Hi, I've got a 1993 NH, and am interested in a couple of items. First, I'm looking for a backrest/luggage rack. I'm also looking to replace a pair of engine guards/crash bars. I'm not really sure what their technical name is, but they are simply chrome bars bolted to the frame that protect the engine if the bike tips. They are C-shaped, and there is a left and right one.

The problem I'm having with both of these pieces of equipment is I can't seem to find them anywhere. As far as the backrest goes, I've seen the one on ebay but I'm a little leary about that. I'm more inclined to pay a bit more for an OEM one, but can't find it. Same goes with the crash bars.

Can anyone point me to a site where I can find either of these items? I've googled quite a bit now without much luck...

Do a search for crash guards, backrests, etc, in the "Luggage & Add ons" and "Modifications" subforums.

You can get aftermarket engine guards on eBay. There is also a new aftermarket backrest, check out the Mutazu brand, there is a thread somewhere in those two subforums.

Check westernhonda. The crashbars might still be available. Backrests are occasionally available on ebay or in this forum. There are some aftermarket ones.

There are a couple on ebay (with caveats like can't remove the seat) although not Honda brand. One ends in an hour and the other in 3 days.

The aftermarket luggage rack and sissy bar has gotten fairly good reviews from those who bought them - definitely worth checking out.
