Hi Everybody!
I have been lurking around (and asking for help) on the forum for about a year and thought it was about time to introduce myself and my two Hawks. My first Nighthawk is a '93' CB750. I picked her up about two years ago. Although she was stored in a garage for the first 13 years of her life she sat in his driveway uncovered for two years with NO GASCAP. Although she looked pretty rough, I could tell ther was a black pearl in that oyster. The gastank was full of water and rust. BUT.... here is the kicker "ONLY 850 MILES ON THE CLOCK". Anyway, I bought the bike and a manual and went through every maintainance point, cleaned everything, filled the tank with vinegar and let it sit for two weeks, POR15'd the tank, fixed the dent in the tank, repainted the tank and sidecovers, pulled the carbs and overhauled them (NASTY!!), replaced the 17 year old tires, rebuild the front brakes as they were stuck closed, and a few other things along the way. I reassembled the bike and sync'd the carbs and she runs like a champ. I never though to take any before photos but here is how she sits now.

(belated) Welcome to the group - ride safe.

What are your impressions of both bikes?  How many miles on the 700s?  Are you planning a restore for that one?
