Wow am I pumped, I just got the box today, found this rack from a guy in Austin.  Looks brand new, no rust, comes with all the hardware and spacers and the guy (god bless the rascal) even had the original Hondaline instructions.

Anyone have suggestions for the "top box" I should use.  I'd like a vintage one.

Congrats on the score of the rack.  thumb I never could figure why Honda made them silver chrome instead of black  scratcher Good luck on the vintage top box, I use a Shad, many others also use the Givi.

Finding stuff that is practically NOS from private sellers is always fun. After searching for over a year I finally found a Hondaline 650 luggage rack (I was looking for one in any condition), and like yours, it was basically brand new.

Congrats!  thumb

Congrats on the rack!  You're the dude that left a note on my bike in SF about my rack.  I'm glad you found an original Hondaline one.  It'll go much better with your bike than my aftermarket one...

Nice looking RWB by the way...
