Honda didn't make NHs in 94.

I'd always thought that this was just a US market thing, but apparently not.  My suspicion is that either showrooms worldwide had a glut of unsold Nighthawks, or similarly that Honda recognized that this was a low-selling vehicle that did not warrant a full production run every year.
