Very cool. I wish I had the money and ambition to do one myself. I think if you blacked  out the engine cases and footpeg mounts it would look good. Keep up the great work.

Jeff, after reading your post about painting the engine case and foot peg mounts black I am leaning that way my self. I have not updated in a bit. The speedo went on me and I found one on the bay for cheap. Mounted it up and fits like a charm. I got the bar end blinkers on and was on the fence about painting them. I am going to leave them chrome. Still to do the jetting. Thing is once bike is warmed up it seems to really respond well. Bike has to be really warm if I take it off choke to soon it bogs but once warm she is a beast. I am thinking not a big jump in jets. I will get a few sizes to play with. I have had naked bars in respect of mirrors and when I mount them up they just look so out of place. I have started fabing up a old bike mirror, welded to a reg stem it might work. I will slap up some pics tonight.

Nice day today so was able to run the streets (10miles) Here are a few updated pics of bike. Getting close but lots of little things now.

Here is the bar end blinkers and new speedo mounted.

Here is the small mirror still have to paint

A shot of the bike where you can see where I extended the rear light bucket and switched over to the glass lens.

I love the work you did on this. I'm looking to do something very similar. Would it be too much to ask what the kind of tank that is and did you have to do much modding to put it on?

Been crazy busy the last couple of months. I am wanting to get back into the shop and the weather warming up is putting pressure to get a couple bikes ready for the season. Thanks for the compliments. The tank came off an older Honda small twin, just needed a lil warming of the underside with torch and manipulation with rubber mallet. Did have to put rubber bushings on frame to mount tank. Very straightforward.
