Any body ever get a death wobble? I do everytime between 25 & 30 mph when I roll off the throttle. What could be causing such a problem?

Steering head bearings are the prime suspect.

I noticed you mentioned in another post that your chain was wearing very quickly as well. Have you check the rear end components such as the wheel bearings and rear wheel alignment?

There are a few posts here addressing this kind of wobble. I had exactly the same issue. I had a heck of a time getting rid of mine tried everything...even thought I tightened the steering stem down correctly, but in the end I had to get the proper tool (a DIY version) and crank the steering stem bearing nut down much tighter. The problem has gone away.
As you can tell, there are lots of possible reasons for this wobble. The wise men and women here would tell you to start with the easiest and cheapest fixes first. I didn't really do that. May have spent more money than I needed, but I now have new wheel bearings, steering bearings (which definitely needed to be replaced). On a 27 year old bike with 40K miles, many of those things needed replacing anyhow, so all is good...
Good luck!

Thanks for the ideas. Once I finish with all the repainting I will start checking all the stuff.
