the automatic transmition in my car started really slipping in my car today  bangheadSad

Unless there is an easy solution to a 1990 Honda accord  slipping into neutral, and not going back into drive
unless you turn the car off for 5 sec than turn it back on again, the car will be going to the junk yard or ill see if i can sell it on CL

it looks like my bike will need to be put together within the next week or so

but i guess that will mean i get to ride sooner biker_h4h1

Way to look on the bright side. Will the weather let you ride this time of year?

ehhh.. its a little wet in British Columbia. But can dress for it and be gentle in the corners. rain wont make me melt.

but good news about the car it may only be a faulty gear selector switch in my car smiler

so no junkyard for my car, wings and even if the tranny is done a can still get a used tranny for $50 at the junk yard

Stupid question, but have you checked the level and condition of your trans fluid?

These cars are really common for transmission control module's crapping out.

yes the fluid looks and smells great and i tested the tcu which is working fine. but the tcu gave me a code which is pointing me to the electronic switch that tells the tcu weather your in park, drive , and so on. but this still dose not tell me why the trans makes a wine when you do get it in gear and drive (so there is more than one problem).

But on another note i got my bike into the shop today for my friend to put the new rings on the pistons, and the freshly honed cylinders back on. I'm going to do the rest of the work of re installing all the other parts to keep shop costs to a bare minimum.

so we shall see which vehicle wins the race of being fully functional (probably the bike ricky)
