Hi y'all i just joined and started posting before i introduced my girl, I have a 1983 Nighthawk 650, its Candy Wineberry Red and is a beaut. I bought the bike two years ago with 26,000 miles on it for 1050.00 in Franklin, Oh and rode it home to Columbus which was about a hundred miles and i will say it was the most comfortable bike i ever rode. It replaced my 85 rebel 250 the day i sold it. I have replaced the stator, battery front tire and repainted it since i have had it, i have more planned for it down the road but that will come soon enough.
The day i brought it home.
Before i painted it.
after i painted it.

Welcome jscott8692, bike looks great. Out of curiosity, I see the Honda logo on the left side tank but not on the right. Am I crazy? Or was this model like the Steeler's logo, only on one side of the helmet?

Welcome! Great to see another 650 find a good home. What type of fairing came with the bike?

Thanks for the complement on the paint, i`m pretty proud of the job i did on it and its even better in person, When i was strapping down the bike into my truck to take it to my garage to tear it down one of the ratchet staps came loose and the bike fell on the bed side right on the c clamp putting a un godly sized dent in the tank lol...i wasnt very amused when it happen.
