The winter has been a very long waiting, but finally a saturday with sunshine and
acceptable temperature(15 Celsius or 60 Farenheit).

Me and my little Honda had a chance to get to know each other.

We rode 75 miles, and enjoyed it all the time, I still need a lot of practising as
this is my first real bike, some more things to handle than my scooters,
but learning is fun!

A short beak by the seaside, as you can see, the lake is still frosen:

Is that the "over seas" produced 750? I love the shape of the tank....great looking bike!  thumb I like the luggage rack/ saddle bag mounts?? you've got on there....very cool.

Thanks!

I call it Nighthawk Euro-style, it´s actually called "Honda CB Sevenfifty" in Europe, the newer japanese-sold looks just the same, som more brake discs, different tank and rear shocks compared to the american.

A week or two ago I did similar mileage at similar temperatures (lake finally thawed here) and my hands went totally numb.  I guess your gloves are heavier than the ones I chose to wear.
Are those the stock rear shocks for the Euro SevenFifty?

Happycommuter: Yes - everything on the bike is Honda original, including rear shocks and a small Honda digital clock between the speedo and tach.

It seems to me that the Euro-version had a more "sport-bike" approach than the american, a waste on me anyway, but it looks good.

I really like that "sevenfifty" must be eurospec. I haven't seen one quite like that before.
