Is the 700 the most recent addition (in my mind it fills the gap)?

Yep. The Yamaha came first, followed by the Buell, then the 'Hawk as a quick-turn (which was thwarted by my falling in love with the damn thing!), another 700S which I DID turn, and then a GS550T, which I "sold" to my son (by that, I'm referring to the fact that I haven't been payed for it yet). |

your's do look nice but i'm not a big fan of buell's. one of my nephews hasd a seca 650, it felt tiny after getting off my '79 750.

I like the Harley-esc sound that the buells put out. I favor that much more than the high pitched scream of a crotch rocket.
