Okay, I got the night riding one wrong.  But that's only because I can't remember the last time I was on a road desolate enough to allow continued use of the high beam.

#4: I Disagree. I want to gain enough energy prior to the pass to minimize the total time near any other vehicle. The blind spot is technically more of a hazard however in reality they aren't watching for a motorcycle, or even a freight train, in the first place.

#8: 3 seconds puts you in the retread self destruct region with almost no time to evade the huge piece of moving tire. 5 seconds is much better.

The really scary thing is that silly quiz was harder than the DMV written test for motorcycles and the quiz was so simple it was stupid.

I completely agree.. although it said minimum and the "correct" answer tried to justify it that way.. sheer stupidity. Even 5 seconds may not help if your doing 100km/h (62mph) and they decide to slam on the brakes, that distance gets eaten up pretty darn fast.
