I got my bike a few months ago and at first it would only run on Choke.  So I took the carbs off and cleaned the jets.  Fixed, now it runs without choke, but it boggs down at 1/2 throttle or so.  So now I have new plugs, old ones looked to have run rich, new wires, air filter, cleaned the filter in the petcock and taken the carbs off again to clean them better.  I stripped them down as far as I could without taking them all apart on the rails so I wouldn't have to re-adjust everything.  I'm frustrated and lost, any ideas?  Thanks.

Try running 1/2 of a can of Seafoam through your fuel system to REALLY clean it out.

Does it sound like they are out of sync?  If they were out of sync wouldn't it run worse at idle?
