I wouldn't have added music, but you can't really hear my bike from where the camera was.

Thanks!  That was King's Highway in Rochester, NY.  It's probably the twistiest stretch of road in the Rochester area and definitely more curvy than anything in Buffalo.

Oh, I also assembled this little compilation of turns and freeway riding:

I see you have the same problem as I do with the mirrors after swapping out the stock 550 bars.

BlkCB550SC, How do you see with your mirrors like that? It looks like you have them on backwards. Mine extend out over the hand grips and I still see my shoulder in the mirror. Any tighter in and I would be looking at my chest.

They're not backwards. The 550 has cruiser-style bars stock, so the mirror mounts and fluid reservoirs are designed for bars that angle down towards the ground. Putting standard bars on the 550 leaves you with mirrors that angle inward before jutting back out. I have to pull my elbows in to see what's behind me.

I would stick them in a vice and bend them out. But that would scratch them up. I'm more about the function over form. Don't care what it looks like as long as it works right. That would drive me nuts if I had to move my arm to see what is behind me. Maybe a mirror extension with a bend in it would help. I think Twisted Throttle has some. Or some different mirrors with a more dramatic angle on them.

Don't know just throwing out ideas.

I tried. But all of my weight and a hammer couldn't move the ~5/8" solid tube. I've been keeping my eyes peeled for good deals on a torch to heat and bend it, but until then I manage.

I got some extenders off EBay that have really helped on my 650. I am accustomed to my mirrors being out further than on the NH on it was driving me nuts having such a limited view behind me!

Yeah, I would like to see the vid !!!  I used to live in Rochester just a couple miles from King's Highway.  Haven't been on it in a long, long time.
