Production of the 919 stopped in 2007, and was replaced by the CB1000R (Europe only I believe). So there are only 7 years worth of 919's in the North American market. Plus it doesn't look as nice as the CB1100, IMO anyway. The riding position and flared out tank are too much like a sportbike than a standard.
