Wow, two beautiful bikes on one weekend. Christmas came early this year!

Very nice!
The miles might be original, but it has definitely been repainted (there's a decal missing from on top of the tank) and the visor over the fairing is a replacement.

The tank has been repainted. I knew that, and some idiot painted the smoke shield on the fairing black. But, overall a good find.

Sheesh, that head pipe is clean. I do wish I could find a clean one for my 85. I have that sticker on my blue 85, it's not clear coated over so I was going to say it may NOT be a repaint.   Your controls on the bars will look like new if you use some plastic restore. I forget the name, I'll look at home if you want. It works amazing and lasts.   Nice find and  wlcm1

I used "Back to Black" on mine and the results were fantastic. The fuse cover looked grey and it returned to black. The kill switch was pink and now it's red again.

Are you sure that tank was re-painted? Don't a lot of people remove the tank stickers? The 2-tone looks really good if it's a re-paint, Nice looking bike.

Yes, When you are looking at the bike up close you can see a wrinkle in the decal and the decal is a little off in color to the rest of the stickers.
