I remember reading that somewhere too ...that is odd ...it sure wasn`t running out of power as I made the shift into 6th . ...man that is scary stuff for a guy my age ........after all I didn`t live this long running over 100 very often .. naughty

170MPH on GSXR750 at Jennings GP about a month ago. It is legal there so squeel all you want! rayof I have a few videos on you tube if anyone is interested.

Popawilly, have you ever ridden a GSXR1000? I have a co-worker (we are both ex moto-x racers) who used to own one. He said he had it up to 300 Km/h (186 MPH) and it was bone stock.
From what he describes, it sounds like that Gixxer was one fast bike.
