Depends on what you mean by "bleed" and "rebuild". A quick bleed on a system that's been properly maintained takes 5-10 mins. Of course if it hasn't been it could end up being a full system flush and possibly some disassembly for cleaning. As for the carbs it will take about the same amount of time to just remove and clean them as it would to do a full rebuild/rejet as long as you have the parts on hand. With proper tools and space and a warm work area 2-4 hrs on the carb job and less than an hour per clutch/brake flush if you don't need to disassemble any thing.

Well, it took about an hour for us to completely figure out that the problem is my slave cylinder :) And some of that time was spent doing to typical motorcycle bs'ing that should happen whenever people gather to work on a bike  smiler
