Hi all.  I just found this forum.  Just wanted to say hi!  Here is my little Nighthawk 450.  She is old and faded and rusty, but has never let me down yet!

Welcome to the family Bob, your nighthawk will be a nice addition to the group. Even though you say she old and faded, she still seems pretty sexy to me! Hahaha

Can't go wrong with a Honda. Glad to see she's still running strong.

It is imperative that you do nothing to improve the appearance of this bike.  If you do, the entire ying-yang will be imbalanced, and the cosmos will curse you by ruining her (my bike is female too!) reliability.

Also, please vote in my old Cortech Mini tankbag poll, as I still believe that a majority of us have one.

Haha!  The only cosmetic thing I have tried to fix is the missing side cover, but it would seem that everyone that ever owned a NH 450 decided to lose the right side cover, or hide it away knowing that in 25+ years they would be worth their weight in gold.

The issue right now is the pitted forks causing constant fork seal leaks.  Fork tube are just as hard to find in good shape at a decent price as the darn side cover.  Right now I will be replacing the seals knowing that the will be toast again at this time next year.
