Just a cautionary note:
Count your emergency cash pennies and change them into dollars. The gas prices are about to go through the roof.

If you're carrying enough money for a tank of fuel at last year or the year before prices, double the amount you're carrying or take your hiking boots along.

Prices just hit $4/gallon in AZ. I'm planning on $5.50/gallon by mid summer.

I did the same thing a couple years ago.  I could not believe it!  Felt like a dork.  I had changed into my leathers and left my wallet in my street pants.  I actually did make it back home by lugging tall gears and running reserve on the last wisp of fume.  Grabbed my wallet, poored some lawn mover fuel in and took off for the gas station.  Now I carry a perscription bottle with quarters in it.
