my cb450sc 1983 makes a screeching noise for about 2 seconds after being turned off. Anyone have an idea what the issue is?Also, the right turn signal light doesn't flash(does anyone have a wiring diagram?)

For the screeching noise I would suggest adjusting the cam chain tensioner tension and / or the balancer chain tensioner tension.

As far as the wiring diagram:

Screeching after the bike is turned off.  Thats a new one on me.  More information is needed.  Like where is the noise coming from?  Does it happen while the bike is runnning?  The engine should stop in less than 2 seconds, does it continue after the engine stops moving?

My wild guess is it could be a un-lubed tach cable screeching that you can not hear over the sound of the engine and it becomes audible only after the engine sound is off and only breifly heard while the engine is still spinning to a hault.
