Just bought this about a week ago, first bike Ive ever owned.  It runs great, sometimes not so much power if staying at a certain high rpm, but if going through the gears it rips.  Its got 14,000 miles.  I think im going to get some custom bars made seeing it has the adjustable bars.  Probably some just lower with some angle down, kinda cafe racer style.
Photos too large so they are on photobucket http://s26.photobucket.com/albums/c116/AllRedEInUse21/bike/
err I'll try this

Nice.

The 650 is an honest machine. They're rock solid and easy to work on as long as you take care of it.

P.S. If anyone runs across a source for exhaust pipes/mufflers like the ones in DaHawk's post, let me know. I'm currently looking for new/good condition ones for my CB650.

ROJ's 198 CB750SC has that navy with mirrored decal scheme too, and I love it on this bike too.

I usually find the stacked mufflers an affected look, but it works here.  Um, who makes custom handlebars?

There is a company I stumbled upon call Rocks Chops, he said he can build be some, it would just like the current setup only different angles.  We havent talked a price yet I just sent him photos of the bars now.
As far as the mufflers, I think its the only thing on the bike that looks out dated, Id love a 2 into 1 with big fat pipes.

Thats a beautiful looking bike, looks almost like mine. I do like the fact that the side decal goes all the way onto the tail piece, they didn't do that for the 750's. Also, would a set of 750 stock bars be kind of what you're looking for?? they don't go up as high, and they sweep back a little bit more too.

Id consider them if my bars werent the adjustable style that go down the forks, I can get some custom made for around 160-200.
