Cleanliness alone helps.  Wipe the visor down inside and out with damp cloth.  Also, the visor needs to be cracked open a bit whenever you stop for more than a few seconds.  Also focus on breathing down through the nose...

I used this Zooke anti-fog cleaner and need to order more.

Here's a review of a product that sounds worthwhile (haven't tried it myself).

I bought my new helmet (Fulmer M1) with the "anti-fog" visor and it works terrific.

I've used the Zooke paste.  It goes on and buffs out like a paste wax.  IMHO, significantly reduces fogging, but does not eliminate it.

Pretty much all this winter I used a breath guard for my Shoei helmet.
While it did help (fogging up reduction of about 40%), visor would still fog up at slow speeds when dew point was high.

The VERY annoying thing about breath guard is that it directs all air getting inside the helmet straight at your eyes. So I kept ending up with less fog, but dry eyes.

In my opinion not worth the $13 + S/H.

Spit!  Scuba divers rub spit inside their goggles and it works as well as the anti fog products.  Cold air + warm breath will create fog, so like HC said crack the visor occasionally.

I always leave a thumb of a crack open on any helmet I wear ( I guess not if I were scuba diving but whatever ).  The only time I will close it completely is when snowmobiling at 60+ MPH and -30 degrees, or when going really fast on the bike and it keeps catching in the wind... and even then it is mostly open.

Well here in the North West along the Salt water and farm land there is lot's of WET fog. I do all that but ( SPIT ) in the damb thing. Don't think I'll go there. Guess I'll stop in the bike shop.

I have a Scorpion helmet with a jillion vents, good for when it's hot out..

You can probably get a double pane snowmobile visor that fits your helmet. These are great at reducing fogging. The real reason a visor fogs isn't the warm breath on the inside. That happens in the summer too. But the difference in temperature from the inside to outside. Like a glass of ice water on a warm day as your breath hits the visor it condenses. The double pane allows the interior to be one temp while the exterior is another.

I use All Kleer http://blacklabcorp.com/all-kleer/all-kleer-motorcycle/
It works better than anything else I've tried but still doesn't completely eliminate the fogging. As a plus it makes it easier to clean the bugs off your faceshield.

Yea, those are the dreaded "visor flip-up days" no real solution that I have found otherwise. Wearing glasses helps when the visor has to go up for a minute.

I always wear glasses whether I want the visor up or down.  Maybe it's just my helmet that sucks but I find there is always some wind blowing around and my eyes get red and irritated without the glasses.  Also, at every stop or slow down I like to raise the visor so the glasses come in handy.

I just use the cold weather defogger that came with my eyeglasses.

Oh and avoid using Rain-X.  It's for glass, not plastics.

When I took the bike course they told us to clean the visor with shaving cream. I'm going to try it this summer, worth a try!

I ordered the Clairity DeFog-it from amazon today.  I'll let you know how well it works for me when it gets here.
