No, no, no. The guy I bought mine from assured me that there was something special about the NH red that made it go faster than the other colors.

  Old news.   The red ones were faster until the debut of the flashy blue one in '93.   It was so scary fast, they only built a few of them that year and never built them again. ImaPoser

I have the twin sister of your bike. Just for fun look at your serial # and date of manufacture on the front fork. Mine is a 92 manufactured in 11/91 and the last four digits of the seriel # are 5686.
Red NH's are the fastest ones.  super
