Bought the bike, previous dude lost the key and thought a screwdriver would make a good substitute.  My locksmith says ignition lock cannot be fixed.  So...where to get a new one?  I'll be checking scrapyards, but if I want to buy a new one where do I go?  I contacted Cycle Parts Nation and they contacted Honda and they do not have either the complete set or the individual locks.  Does anyone know of a company that carries or manufactures these old locks???

Best bet would be from a scrap NH.  Some of our fellow members may be able to help you out.
Sorry, I'm only authorized one NH at a time (otherwise I get to sleep in the garage with my toys)....  : )

I just researched the key blanks and apparently most nighthawks from 1982 to 2000 use the same key blanks.  Hope that helps.
