Heading to the Gold Country for a 4 day ride this weekend, this time I'm going to take my SPOT with me. I'll post pictures when I get back and I'll also post a link so that anyone who cares can track my progress this weekend. Should be fun, 4 days of riding and camping!!  |

Supposed to be a beautiful weekend for it! I myself am hoping to get out a little between graduations (tis the season), but it will be nothing compared to yours.

What's SPOT?
SPOT is a satellite tracker (GPS), you can use to keep others informed of you location. I've had it about a year, and used to use it when I was riding my dirtbike in the desert to keep in touch when I could not get a cell phone signal. That's because there aren't any. We're having absolutely gorgeous weather - mid 80s today, 80-ish tomorrow... heat doesn't come slap us silly again til next week. :) |

OK track #50 about 7:25 P.M. shows I guess a starting point you have returned to. It is really Odd to me how it tracks in a straight line, not fallowing roads for a GPS ? Must be like On Star..
