Hello.  I'm new to this forum and wanted to share my new project, a 1982 Honda Nighthawk 450.  Alf is my copilot.

I have been riding since 2003.  My last bikes were all Suzuki's (GS500, Bandit 600 & SV650).  They all have been sold and I bought this bike a couple of years ago to help out a widow. It has been sitting in my garage and I'm excited to get going.  I'm sure I'll be chiming in to get some advice.

Thanks for reading.

welcome to the forum Jag!  Looks like you will have that bike in good shape in no time.  Enjoy it and don't hesitate to ask if you have any problems.

Thanks for the welcomes.  First on my list is to change all the fluids, check the battery and air filter, replace the tires and spark plugs, buy a new chain and brake pads, and hope that it runs.  Once that is done, I plan to get a little creative.

Anyone have an extra left rear amber turn signal lens they want to sell?
