Hello My sister -n-law and my wife just got matching bikes same color and everthing.
both bike run like new just one problem my sister-n-laws was getting on hers and it feel over bending the handle bars.
My brother replaced them and now the turn signals want work the brake light want work and the tact does not work as well as any of the indicator light oil tail neutral.
we have look at every thing we can think of.

Have you inspected the fuses (both visually and with a multimeter)?

Did the lights stop working after the bike fell over or after the handlebars were swapped out?

Was any wiring inside of the headlight bucket altered?

Was any wiring around the fuse box altered?
