IIRC, when I had to replace the fuel line on my bike, the car stuff wasn't the right size. I ended up having to go to the stealership.

hmmm ok thanks :)
I'll take it apart on the other bike and bring it along to see what I can find.
maybe hydrolics place might have that stuff too.. like pvc plus drilling ?

It's 5/16 ID hose, or 8mm metric.  Gasoline specific thinwall makes it easier to bend around in tight spots, but not too thin to kink.

As Tryvelcro pointed out earlier, the dealer may be the easiest source.

My Honda dealer sells it from a roll, if you don't want to order the pre-shaped original.

Try to keep it downhill when installing, level at worst.

The dealer has the thinner more flexible stuff, unlike the auto stores usually.
