Speedometer Cable

I'm in need of a speedometer cable. I am looking for a new one (most likely from the dealer) because I believe it has killed 2 drive gears.... Anyways, IF I needed to get one today... or tomorrow... is that possible? I keep hearing 4 days to order one... Is it really that uncommon?

When I order parts from my Honda dealer, it general takes 3-5 business days. That seems to be the norm from my local dealer.
