I need a gas tank and right side cover for a 1984 black/blue 700s. Any suggestions?

 welcome to the forum.  Unfortunately parts for these bikes are hard to come by, especially the side covers.  Your best bet is to watch ebay and be ready to do some serious bidding when you find something.

Are you missing the gas tank entirely, or is the one you have leaky.

Some radiator shops clean and repair gas tanks, so if you have ( or find) a bad one, it may be rebuildable.

I agree with what others have said...so I will echo it, in order to increase my post count winker

The right side covers are rare-ish. But when they pop up on eBay they generally fetch a pretty penny.

How bad is the tank? Got any pics?
You'd be surprised as to what condition you can restore a tank. Allot of times radiator and tank shops will turn it down, when it can still be restored.
