So, reading the instructions of my dynojet install I turn the carb upside down and drill out the factory plug so I can turn the screw to the spec (as I have done on a couple of Harleys). Only when the plug comes out I find that there is no screw but holes for the air/fuel. Is there any way I can make/buy these factory plugs? I have a 1993 CB750. Thanks guys.  mol

First, Hi OahuCowboy94 and  welcome

Second, got any pics of your bike?  aparat

Last, sorry to here that you had an issue with your DynoJet kit install. So to better understand what happened...did you remove the plugs on the bottom of the carbs, the one's that you see after the float bowl is off?
Was the plugs you were supposed to remove on the side of the carb?
I am familiar with the carbs on my 750S, but not on the late model 750.

I recently did a dynojet on my 750. Somebody else recently made the same mistake. The plug covers the pilot jet orifices. What needed to happen was to grind off the tabs on the pilot jet screws so they can be adjusted. The honda service manual says to break them off with pliers, that doesn't work either. I used a dremel.

Yes the plugs were on the bottom. Barely covered by the float bowl on my model but yes I had to remove bowl to remove the plug. Ya know, I'm not sure if they are on the side? That'd make me really angry because then I'd have to separate all 4 carbs to do it. I'll worry about that later, I'm worried I have to buy 2 new carbs (because i drilled through one and couldn't remove it, so I did the second and thats when I discovered the huge mistake!)  banghead  I'm waiting on bikebandit.com to msg me back. I hope i hear some good news. I'll post a pic of my bike soon. Thanks for any feedback on plugs.

I would call DynoJet and complain to them that the instructions are incorrect. And explain what happened. DJ has ~ok~ tech support.

The covers can be removed by heating them up with a lighter. They are glued on. Just be careful not to catch the carbs on fire.

Are you talking about the little tabs on the end of the pilot screws that keep them from being adjusted?
