Does anyone know the part number, or where i can get extenders  (like for the extended grab rail into sissy bar) for the 550 or Magna V65?
I have been searching for hours on ebay and online parts stores.  They are not listed on any microfiche....

Not a clue but good luck with that...I would imagine that as rare as parts like sissy bars are for bikes that old that parts for said sissy bare would be exponentially rarer!  bugey

If you can't find one that certainly looks like a  pretty easily fabricated part. Just spend some time wandering around the hardware store with a tape measure.

If you have a Fastenal store in your city that's an excellent source for metal stock.

Your best bet is to make some of your own. I don't see many people parting out sissy bars!   giggle

lamer  *Shakes and slaps pvtace*lamer

Get ahold of yourself man! It's not as hard as you think to fab up parts like the ones you need and it's very rewarding.  Not to mention that the more I look at that pic, the more I think it looks like a home fabbed part anyway.

Carry on!   smoking

thats what I thought too, but then i saw the same "fabbed" part (same angles, color, height) in like 5 auctions....  I  Cry'd about the parting out of sissy bars..... i think i'm going to be fabing my own here soon.... not shelling out 200-300 for one...thats a third of what I payed for the bike lol.

It just looks to be some simple bar stock that was chromed. Nothing hard to fix up!

Think of it this way, you get to place it and adjust it to exactly where you/passenger want it!

Realize this is an old topic but I may have the oem parts that will work. pvtace, are you still in need? you need the parts that mount to the bike then run up several inches above the bike to atatach the top half of the sissy bar, correct?
