Can paint; can't powdercoat. Painted wheel is a no-go.
Which reminds me....both wheels are white, maybe I need to consider that...

I was going to suggest them too, but ya beat me too it.  They repainted my previous bike.  I have a thing for British Racing Green.

Can't consider $100 for wheels. Not now.

Paint will cost me no more than $50 and I can do all the work myself. But I can't afford to do the wheels too. There's a very good powdercoater here in town but...it ain't in the stars.

You shoulda seen my big strong Hutch riding Tooothpaste the War Horse (the concours), which is bright shiny metallic turquoise with dozens and dozens of little tiny flowers on it...
