Funny you should ask..... ImaPoser           that fish pierogi idea is starting to interest me..... think2

The best eating fish in those lakes would be perch and trout.

This one didn't fit on the scooter very well, had to filet it on the spot:

I don't think that would classify as a motorcycle topic since I can't claim it as ride report.  scratcher  happy1

Here it is Hondo...:
It might have been rebuilt since you were there tho...

Yeah, that's a completely new bridge.

The old one was a very narrow 2 lane bridge that saw itself as a jump.

I missed this one.  Nice report Fishmeister.  Got me thinking about an old church bike tour.   think2

I don't think I've ever had a Reuban sandwitch - is that Pastrami?

Reuben sandwiches are made with corned beef and sauerkraut. (or coleslaw)
Ingredients:

    * rye bread
    * mayonnaise or Thousand Island dressing
    * corned beef, and/or pastrami
    * sauerkraut (or Coleslaw)
    * Swiss cheese

Preparation:
Spread 2 slices of rye bread lightly with mayonnaise or Thousand Island dressing. Put a layer of sauerkraut over one slice, then top with massive amount naughty of corned beef then a slice of Swiss cheese. Top with the second slice, mayonnaise side down. Butter outside of reuben sandwich lightly with soft butter or margarine and toast on a griddle or grill, turning to brown evenly.
(I like to fry the kraut and meat slightly first)
