Bought a 1985,650 Nighthawg at an auction.Found that the air/fuel screws are missing on 3 of the carbs. Actually ran OK, but the choke was about 1/2 on. Does any one have or know where I can get 3-4 , complete screws, with springs, etc, at a very cheap price. Dont want to invest much money in them and find out the bike isnt worth fixing up.

welcome to the forum walker!  I would check out www.hondaparts-direct.com or www.bikebandit.com . If you can't find them there I would look at carb rebuild kits.  BTW If you are thinking about keeping the bike it would be a good investment to go with the latter.

I got mine from bikebandit. Seems like it was about $17 per carb.

A full rack of carbs can typically be had on flea bay for under $100.

I bought a space set off of ebay for $75, but the O-Rings on the pilot screws were flattened. Shop manual says to replace when you take them out, so I did. The tabs are not on new ones, so its easy to reset pilot screws after synching the carbs.

When you do get the new screws in:
Once they're adjusted properly, put a drop of silicone sealant on them between the carburetor body and the screw cap. Just a drop, nothing more, don't smear it around. Just put it there to connect the cap to the carburetor. They won't back out or alter adjustment after that. The silicone will pull off easily when you decide to change something later.

Thanks everyone for your help. Can get K & L carb kits for about $20 each. There are 4 M/C junk yards in Tucson, I"ll check them out. Silicone:  did that to my VT1100 after carbs were rebuilt
