Great report. Kids are fun.

I'm jealous b/c I haven't ridden in a week. Been working on the 650 too much.

Been along time since I was on Hines. Does it still flood all the time? What is that Tudor building?
It is always fun seeing kids dressed up for Halloween. I like that car full of ghosts. Perfect Detroit decoration.  thumb

if it rains hines floods, nothings changed there burgi. heck sometimes i think if too many toilets flushed at once hines would flood. there are several tudor buildings in hines park, i'll have to get some pic's of them all soon. don't know if there is a restroom in them or not. hangster, my sister always has a nice display for the holidays. wait till christmas. dr.dubb sorry your working on the NH and not riding it. i am lucky that i have more than one bike road worthy so when one is down there is another to ride. but you do have a longer riding season than i do

Nice report - even though we only got a small sliver of it,  DirtDOG I really like the blue color on your wing.  Do the new wings still have the timing belts that require a motor disassembly?  That sounds like a big maintenance nightmare.

Hope you can continue to ride a while longer.

hppants the 1800 wings have timing chains so there are no belts but you have to do valve adjustments. 1200 and 1500 wings have hydraulic valve adjustment. the belts do not require engine disassembly the belts are right in front of the motor. hines park is a long park going through two countys, the cities of dearborn, dearborn hts, redford, livonia, plymouth, and northville, michigan. you could spend a day taking pic's from one end to the other. there is another park close to it name rouge park and its nice and curvie  ( and lightly patrolled ) heading to or from hines park. i was going to take some pic's there too but was running out of time. my next plan for that is to take pic's and make a running ride report of hines and rouge park until i have it all
