Same way you put it on a truck, with a roller. Given that it is Rhinoliner, I have a hard time believing anyone would put much effort into getting the finish perfect.

The previous owner had this done.  He took the parts (gas tank, side moldings, etc) to a professional rhino shop and had them paint it.
