For those of you who've followed this year long saga, I think I'm getting close to the end. There's still a long list of things to do, but today the 650 ran w/o showing problems. No gas leaked today and my son in law gave it a pretty good workout for not having a plate on the back. I don't like the sound of the idle, seems erratic. I've tried to synch the carbs before, but I'll do it again. I think I need to adjust the idle jets, have to use the choke to keep it running. Need to replace the left exhaust pipe, the valve cover gasket leaks, and I want to do the headlight relay mod. Need to bleed the clutch, replacing fluid. First, I need to get it inspected and a license plate put on it.

Oh yeah!  Looking good!  What headlight relay mod are you talking about?
