Great pics and report.  Looks like I'm going to have to ride the Rockies up to Canada.  Are gas station far apart in the area you were riding?

The gas station distances become an issue when your putting around all the secondary highways finding all the "locals" spots.  Not a bad to bring a gas can when you’re exploring, especially when you’re on a 350 DR with an acorn sized tank lol.

Pending on how you’re travelling, say Calgary to revolstoke, just ball parking station dists:

Calgary to Canmore: 135km
Canmore to Lake Louise: 165Km
Lake Louise to Golden: 125Km
Golden to Revolstoke: 140Km

If you’re coming up from the south,

Roseville to Elko: 100km
Elko to Jeffery: 40Km
Elko to Ferine: 85Km
Jeffery to Ft. Steel 120Km
Ft. Steel to Fairmont Hot Springs 155Km (esso to Esso there is a fast gas in Wasa about 60km from Ft. Steel)
Fairmont to Golden: 250km (many stops for gas)

I'll see if i can upload the vid we shot while riding this trip was some need stuff in there.

The next trip me and Buddy have been talking about is hitting Alaska-NWT-Arctic Ocean-PEI-PEI BRIDGE!!!-then hop on a fairy to England ooooo then ...lets just stop right there before we get to carried away lol. In reality probibly make it to Alaska and then put around there for a few weeks.

But im reminded of a Warren Miller Quote. "if you dont do it this year you will be one year older when you do"
